III. Post-Launch Maintenance & Support Model
Maintenance is billed on a monthly Man-Day basis. The initial 6-month support period utilizes a high-intensity team structure to ensure stability. After the initial 6-month period, a headcount reduction is recommended to move into “Lean Maintenance Mode,” focusing on stability and minor updates.

IV. Terms & Remarks
- Source Code: This is a “No Source Code” proposal. The client is granted a license to use the system.
- Server Fees: Quotation does not include Cloud Server (AWS / Azure / GCP) or Hardware costs. These will be billed directly to the client or reimbursed at cost.
- Third-party Fees: Costs mentioned in Section II (Item 4.5) are paid directly to the provider or handled as a pass-through cost.
- Payment Schedule:
- 50% Deposit upon Project Kick-off
- 30% Upon UAT (User Acceptance Testing) commencement
- 20% Upon Project Go-live
