II. Project Schedule & Deliverables
The project shall commence within seven (7) calendar days after the signed quotation and receipt of deposit. Completion timeline depends on resource allocation; for example, a scope of 36 man-days may be completed in approximately 18 working days with two (2) developers assigned. Deliverables shall meet the agreed functional specifications and be subject to client UAT acceptance.
III. Maintenance & Support
A free system warranty and bug-fixing period of ninety (90) days is provided from the date of production launch. During the warranty period, the Supplier shall rectify defects attributable to the delivered work at no additional charge. The warranty excludes new features, change requests, and issues arising from third-party systems or client modifications.
IV. Payment Schedule
- 1st: 70% (Deposit) upon signing
- 2nd: 20% upon UAT delivery
- 3rd: 10% within 14 days of production launch
V. Terms & Conditions
Any change request exceeding the agreed scope of work shall be subject to separate evaluation. A supplementary quotation will be issued upon assessment of additional effort, cost, and timeline.
